Inter-Campus Loan Scheme

This scheme enables Melbourne University academic staff and higher degree students to borrow from the Monash library. (Monash University academic staff and higher degree students can also borrow from our library).

Benefits

• No charges apply.
• Complete a simple on-line form.
• Confirmation of the loan is via email.
• Items available for collection from the Baillieu Loans desk - no need to go to Monash to pick up items.
• Items will be lent for 28 days without renewals.

Restrictions

• Melbourne University academic staff and postgraduate students ONLY.
• High use items, material on loan, hold or not held at the Matheson, Hargrave or Law Library at Monash cannot be borrowed (holds cannot be placed).
• At least 48 hours turnaround is required for a loan request.
• Normal fines restrictions will apply for late returns.
