Does it cost anything to use the service?

This service is provided free-of-charge.

Where do I collect the material that I have requested?

Requested books will be delivered by courier to the selected library.

Photocopies and media will be delivered to the library of the campus at which you are enrolled. For Parkville students the collection point for these materials is the Baillieu Library Loans Desk.

Students will be notified when the material has arrived and is available for collection from the librarian.

How long does it take for photocopied items to arrive?

In general, materials will be available for collection at the requesting library within a matter of days.  The exact time taken to transfer materials depends on courier delivery schedules and other factors outside the library's control.
