Renewals

How

You can do your own renewals over the Internet via the Library catalogue
using the View Your Own Circulation Record  option.

Please check carefully which items have been renewed, and their due dates.

 Loans may also be renewed at the loans desk, or by telephoning the Dookie Library on 5833 9215.
 You do not need to bring the items to the loans desk for renewal but may do so if you
 wish to restamp your books.

When

Renew 28 day loans either on or before (within 7 days of ) the due date.
Renew 7 days loans either on or one day before the due date.
(Please note: renewal of 7 day loans is not available at all University of Melbourne libraries.)

 Restrictions

Renewals will not be permitted if:
   - you have any overdue items or outstanding fines totalling $15.00 or more
   - an item is in high demand
   - an item has a hold for another patron
   - item/s have been renewed the maximum number of times (four).
