Students outside Victoria:
A National Borrowing Scheme was launched in 2001 which allows all students
of AVCC member universities to borrow in person from other participating
interstate universities in Australia.
Applications are made in person to the host library. There is no need
to contact your own university.
Check the National Borrowing Scheme web page of the library you wish
to join for details about registration and borrowing conditions.
Students will be asked to present a photo ID as well as proof of current
