Background
The Research collections, AB & B, based in the ERC support the current and identified emerging research interests of Faculties and Schools. Currently the AB & B collections are housed in 3 locations: ERC, Old Quad and Dawson Street Store.
Advice required
The Library is seeking your advice to establish which titles should be relocated from Old Quad to ERC. The following web links provide access to discipline specific spreadsheets of titles and discipline contacts.

Baillieu Library
The following spreadsheets list low use titles held inn the Baillieu Library. The spreadsheet of titles are in Dewey range order. Could you please provide a list of titles that need to be retained in the Baillieu, by June 24 , to Sabina Robertson, sabinar@unimelb.edu.au
Bound Journal Collection, Lower Ground Floor, Baillieu Library
Download a list (Microsoft Excel 740 kb) containing bound print journals located in the lower ground floor, Baillieu. The titles are in Dewey range order. Please note that there are 3 worksheets:
- mbap for the vast majority of the titles, and smaller worksheets:
- mbagf and mbaf for larger volumes,
- mbapST for those older runs held in a separate area of the Baillieu lower ground Floor.
If the University owns a digital version, or if one is available for purchase, this is noted on the worksheet.
