The Cultural Collections Reading Room is located on the third floor of the Baillieu Library, Professors' Walk, Parkville Campus.

Guide to the Cultural Collections Reading Room
Opening Hours
Monday-Friday: 9:30 am-5:30 pm
Wednesday: 9:30 am-7:30 pm
Saturday: 1:00 pm-5:00 pm
Closed Sundays and some public holidays.
Accessing Materials
Material from Special Collections is not available for loan. Instead, it can be consulted in the Cultural Collections Reading Room, located on the third floor of the Baillieu Library.
All Special Collections material must be pre-ordered for delivery to the Cultural Collections Reading Room at the following times:
Monday-Friday
- 10:00 am
- 12:00 noon
- 2:00 pm
- 4:00 pm
- 6:00 pm (Wednesdays only)
Requests for material can be made online prior to visiting the Reading Room. To order material, please use our online order form. Orders will be accepted up to thirty minutes prior to delivery time.
Please note: items with the status 'BUNDOORA STORE' on the Library catalog are held in off-site storage and require 3-4 working days notice for retrieval.
