A handmade concertina style book constructed of chicken wire (penned in) and paper pulp, inviting the reader to see through the cover to view words, verse and images. Sewn sections of transparent fabric and acetate visualise an open book of stitched pages relating to ‘“C” or not to see’, or is it a blur and shouldn’t be opened? Tied up with Kumihimo braiding. Is it “C” for censored, content, conceptual or creating?

Concertina style book with booklet stitching, acetate copied words, verse and images by artist.
