Requesting Items
Submit your request for Special Collections material online prior to visiting the Cultural Collections Reading Room. Requests will be accepted up to thirty minutes prior to delivery time. Deliveries to the Reading Room occur at the following times:
Monday-Friday:
- 10:00 am
- 12:00 noon
- 2:00 pm
- 4:00 pm
Cultural Collections Reading Room opening hours:
- Monday-Friday: 9:30 am-5:30 pm
- Wednesday: 9:30 am-7:30 pm
- Saturday: 1:00 pm-5:00 pm when the Baillieu Library is open
- Closed Sundays and some public holidays.
Please note: items with the location 'UniM Bund' are held in off-site storage and require 3-4 working days notice for retrieval.
Requests for material can be made online prior to visiting the Reading Room. To request material, please use our online request form (below). Requests will be accepted up to thirty minutes prior to delivery time. Material required for Saturday must be requested by 3:30 pm Friday. Your material will be available to view in the Cultural Collections Reading Room at the time you have requested, unless otherwise notified.
