Database guide: SciFinder Scholar
Saving and importing records
- Conduct your search and use check boxes to mark records
- Click on Save As button
- Foolow prompts to name the file of records and save it in Tagged Format
- Open your EndNote library
- From the File menu choose Import
- Click on Choose File and select file of downloaded records
- Under Import option select Other Filters
- Click on Find
- Select Scifinder (CAS)
- Select Choose
- Select Import
- From the References toolbar, select show all to amalgamate references into your library
Note: SciFinder Scholar is available two ways: for undergraduate access via the Citrix network, and for postgraduate and staff access via a SciFinder "plugin" downloaded to individual computers. The download instructions apply to the “plugin” version of SciFinder.
