Request EndNote Support

 

The EndNote Support service is supplied by the University's Liaison Librarians. Assistance is available with standard installation and EndNote operation queries relating to versions supported by the library. Only very basic troubleshooting with technical problems is available.

Assistance with technical problem solving should be addressed to the EndNote company help desk supplied in Australia by Thomson Scientific. A detailed manual is supplied with all EndNote installations and can answer many queries, along with the internal help system in the product.

This form is submitted electronically to EndNote support staff who work on your support requests between Monday - Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm. Requests submitted outside of these hours will be processed the following day.
