- Wireless Networking and Laptop Loans - students of the University can use their laptops on campus to connect to the internet via UniWireless. Laptop Computers are available for loan by students at a number of locations.

- SuperSearch - the University's gateway to thousands of e-journals,
hundreds of scholarly databases, and other electronic resources subscribed to by the
University of Melbourne Library.
- Login for full-text access using your University of Melbourne email
username and password.
All University of Melbourne staff and students are eligible for a central email account. To activate an account or change a password go to the Account Registration System - Subject and Resource Sets compiled by subject librarians may be browsed
- Individual databases may be searched directly. It is recommended that research students use individual databases to access advanced searching functionality, e.g. limiting to peer-reviewed journals, material type, access to online thesauru etc.
- Multi Database Search can be used to search up to eight databases at once.
- Use the My Stuff tab to bookmark your favourite ejournals & databases.

- Library Catalogue - lists books (including e-books), journals, dvds & videos, maps and University of melbourne theses. Also lists "Reserve" materials for coursework subjects.
- University of Melbourne Eprints Repository - search, browse and download open-access University of Melbourne research papers, including a small collection of theses.
