Author, 'Article Title' (Year) Volume Journal Title Page Reference.

Style Notes

• The full title of the journal, (as it appears on the title page) should be italicised.
• For journals organised by volume number, the year of publication should appear in parentheses (round brackets).
  
• For journals organised by year, the relevant year should appear in square brackets.
• Italicise the name of the journal/publication and volume number.
• Capitalise the first and all major words of the publication name. Give the publication name in full. e.g. Harvard Law Review.
• Capitalise the article title as follows - first word of title and subtitle and proper names and proper adjectives. e.g. Still moving: Between cinema and photography.
• Give the volume number of journals, magazines and newsletters.
• The name of the article needs to have smartquotes (single quotaton marks)either side of it.
• Citation includes the starting page of the article only, not the page range.    
• Author’s name must include a comma after it. 
• The full title of the journal should not be abbreviated.
• ‘The’ should not be included at the start of a journal title.
