The names of groups that serve as authors (e.g.. Governments agencies, corporations & associations) are usually spelled out each time they appear in text. Omit any initial article eg A, An,The in the name of the corporate author. Do not abbreviate the name.
When a book does not indicate the place of publication, insert before the colon, n.p. which indicates no place eg n.p.: HMSO
When a book does not indicate the publisher, after the place of publication (after the colon) use the abbreviation n.p. which indicates no publisher eg New York: n.p.,2008.
