For example - In text citation

Style Notes

"City" refers to the city in which the Museum/Gallery/Collection is located. Private collections do not need a location.
"Type of work" can be artwork, or be more specific and refer to media and/or medium, for eg: oil on canvas, sculpture, photograph, etc.
