FIND: Keywords & synonyms for a keyword search

1. Identify key search words that describe your topic:
   • look at words in your topic.
   • identify things that you know about your topic - more
2. List key search words
3. Find and list similar words - synonyms
   • Check encyclopaedias and dictionaries vis the Electronic Reference Desk - more
   • If you have a reference query, email for expert help - more
4. Search for search term: keyword OR synonym
5. Develop a search strategy
