Percy Baxter Collaborative Learning Centre and other facilities

 

PBCLC Multimedia workstations

The Percy Baxter Collaborative Learning Centre has around sixty computers available to be used by University of Melbourne staff and students. The computers are located in spacious carrels. Each carrel belongs to a group, some of which have specialised hardware and software. For details on hardware and software installed view the computer setup page . To guarantee access to a computer you should book it via the PBCLC Information Desk.

PBCLC Training Rooms

There are two training rooms in the Percy Baxter Collaborative Learning Centre, each contains 16 student and one demonstrator computer. Many Library classes are held in these training rooms. For more information see http://www.infodiv.unimelb.edu.au/telars/flds/trainingrm.html

PBCLC Consultation Room

One room of the Percy Baxter Collaborative Learning Centre has been equipped with a computer, large table, ergonomic chairs and a whiteboard to facilitate group or collaborative learning. Staff or groups of students of the University may book to use this room by enquiring at the information desk.
